EFT for Couples is an Evidence-Based Treatment :

Increase Attachment Security in Relationships

Address Relationship Wounds Through Connection

De-escalate recurring patterns of conflict

Develop deeper intimacy

EFT Couples therapy is an evidence-based approach, empowering partners to identify patterns of negative cycles that create distance and conflict. Simultaneously, the awareness and skills to better understand each other and reach for connection is supported by the power of emotions and attachment science. Couples learn to navigate difficult situations while turning toward one another, to better face challenges as a partnership.
